Day 1

Arrival in Arusha – Welcome to Tanzania

  • Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to Planet Lodge, a luxury lodge surrounded by lush gardens.
  • Spend the evening relaxing and enjoying the gourmet dinner at the lodge.

Day 2

Arusha to Tarangire National Park – Elephants and Baobabs

📍 Accommodation: Eileen’s Tree Inn, Karatu
🍽 Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
🚗 Drive Time: ~2.5 hours (120 km)

  • After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees.
  • Enjoy a full-day game drive with your private guide, spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, and more. Tarangire is also famous for its birdlife and breathtaking landscapes.
  • Enjoy a luxurious picnic lunch in the park.
  • After a day of exploring, check in at Eileen’s Tree Inn, an intimate luxury lodge in Karatu, for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Lake Manyara National Park and Ngorongoro Crater

🚗 Drive Time: ~1 hour (50 km)

  • After breakfast, visit Lake Manyara National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions, abundant birdlife, and beautiful landscapes. Enjoy a game drive through the park’s forests, savannahs, and lakeside areas, where you can spot flamingos, baboons, and elephants.
  • After a delightful lunch, head to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world’s most famous wildlife locations.
  • Descend into the crater and enjoy a game drive where you’ll encounter lions, buffalo, cheetahs, and the endangered black rhino.
  • Return to Eileen's Trees Inn for your final evening in Tanzania, where you’ll enjoy a gourmet dinner and relax in luxury.

Day 4

Departure from Arusha

  • If time permits, enjoy city tour in arusha or transfer directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your onward flight.
